Krav Maga
Krav Maga for self-defense is the most effective real-world system taught today. Originally developed for protection in the Bratislava ghetto, it was later refined and embraced by Israeli Defense Forces. Today, it is the preferred system for law enforcement agencies and U.S. military units.
Tested in the streets and proven on the battlefield, Krav Maga’s practical approach to self-defense will help you to be safer with the tools and training of the world’s most effective warriors.
The techniques are based on natural movements of the body and excel in being simple, fast and efficient. The first part of the method – Self Defense, develops the ability to defend against violent attacks, and is designed for men, women, children or elderly. Whereas the second part – Krav Magen (Defensive Battle) is meant to train all people who are forced to deal with hand-to-hand combat in their line of duty, whether armed or not.
Reality Based Self Defense
Krav Maga is reality based self defense. We train to deal with real life encounters by training combatively in real life scenarios. Our foundations are simple techniques, physical fitness and aggressive mindset. Some of the major differences between what we do and other gyms are as follows;
Benefits of Reality Based Self Defense
The major benefits of reality based self defense training is that it is focused on quickly developing your ability to stay safe in a dangerous world. It is not focused on training you to employ various skills and techniques in a sporting contest.
